Hi there this fine Sunday morning. Have you been enjoying your weekend? I've got my weekly Christmas card for you to day based on the Merry Monday Challenge #15 and the Create with Connie and Mary Challenge #197.
On this card I didn't use any stamp sets or ink. It is a very simple card to put together. The base is Certainly Celery card stock. Concord Crush card stock was run through the Big Shot with the Snow Burst embossing folder. After adding a piece of retired Certainly Celery striped ribbon, I attached this
layer to the card. A piece of Marina Mist card stock was embossed with the Northern Flurry embossing folder using the Big Shot and added to the card. I cut out the snowflake with the Big Shot, Silver Glimmer paper and the Northern Frost Sizzlits Decorative Strip die. It was attached to a Concord Crush scalloped circle which was matted to a circle of Very Vanilla card stock. A Marina Mist brad was put in the center and the whole layer was popped up with dimensionals. A couple of rhinestones were added for a little more glimmer. This would be an easy card to make in multiples. I'm cutting it close with the Christmas challenge this week but I was determined to not miss a week (yet!). Enjoy what's left of the weekend. I'll see you soon.
