Caught in the Web

Today my card is for the Great Pumpkin Blog Hop #5, The Paper Craft Crew Challenge #5 and the Create with Connie and Mary Challenge #216.  The colors aren't your typical halloween ones but I was able to make them work.

My card base is Lucky LImeade card stock.  I stamped the card front with the web from the Wicked Cool stamp set using Night of Navy ink.  The card front was then run through the Big Shot with the Square Lattice embossing folder.  A piece of Summer Smooches designer paper was matted
with Rich Razzleberry card stock and attached to the card front.  Pieces of Rich Razzleberry, Night of Navy and Lucky Limeade card stocks were matted with Whisper White card stock and stacked on the card over the designer paper layer.  The web was again stamped on Lucky Limeade card stock, heat embossed
with VersaMark, Night of Navy ink, and clear embossing powder and punched out with the 1-3/8" Circle Punch.  It was attached to a piece of Whisper White Card stock that was punched out with the 1-3/4" Circle Punch.  This was attached to the card with dimensionals.  The witch's hat was heat embossed on Whisper White card stock with VersaMark, Rich Razzleberry ink and clear embossing powder, cut out and popped up over the web with dimensionals.  I gave the hat a little bling with some Rhinestones.  That's it for today.  One more day to enjoy of this holiday weekend.  I hope you found some time to be creative.  See you soon.

This is simply wonderful. Great combo of colours and stamping...and your title has me singing, incorrectly, an Elvis song...'caught in a trap'...

It's a lot of fun when you can combine so many challenges into one card - that's a challenge in itself. I think the colors worked great for the Halloween theme. I'm glad you joined our challenge this week at Create with Connie & Mary.
