Fall Thanks

This week is the one year anniversary of the Freshly Made Sketches Challenge.  You could choose any one of the previous sketches to create your card.  I chose sketch #20.

My card today is not the usual size.  It is 3-1/4" x 6-1/2".  Just cut a piece of card stock 6-1/2" x 6-1/2" and fold in half.  The base for this card is More Mustard card stock.  A piece of the Orchard Harvest designer paper was matted with Lucky Limeade card stock and added near the top of the card front.  At the bottom I added a strip of Island Indigo card stock that I attached a piece of Lucky Limeade ribbon to.  This
covers the top of the designer paper layer.  With the Big Shot and the Autumn Accents Bigz Die, I cut out a leaf and the acorn from More Mustard card stock and the same leaf from another pattern of the Orchard Harvest designer paper.  I used the Stamp-a-ma-jig and Early Espresso and Cajun Craze inks to stamp on the More Mustard leaf and acorn with stamps from the Wonderfall stamp set.  The designer paper leaf was sponged around the edges with Early Espresso ink.  I grouped these together, added an Island Indigo brad and attached them to the card with dimensionals.  The sentiment from the Teeny Tiny Wishes stamp set was stamped on Lucky Limeade card stock with Early Espresso ink, punched out with the Word Window Punch, sponged around the edges and attached to More Mustard card stock punched out with the Modern Label punchEarly Espresso brads were added and this layer attached using glue dots.  I love fall and the wonderful colors that nature gives us.  Hope you're enjoying your weekend so far and get some fun time to be creative.
