Here's Looking at You Pumpkin

Well, here we are - Monday again.  I have my weekly Halloween card for the Great Pumpkin Blog Hop #7 using the Try Stampin' on Tuesday Challenge #83.

The card base is Very Vanilla card stock.  A piece of Tangerine Tango card stock was embossed using the Big Shot and the Chevron embossing folder.  Three strips of Howlstooth and Scaringbone designer paper were attached diagonally to this layer.  Basic Black Scallop Dots Ribbon (I made the solid black side face out) was tied in a knot bow (looks like a bat in the photo) and the layer was attached to the card.  The pumpkin from the Jack
of All Trades stamp set was heat embossed on a piece of Very Vanilla card stock with VersaMark and Tangerine Tango embossing powder.  I added the face from the same stamp set to the pumpkin by heat embossing it with VersaMark and Basic Black embossing powder.  The stem was also heat embossed on Very Vanilla card stock with Wild Wasabi embossing powder.  I then cut out the pumpkin and the stem.  Basic Black card stock was used to mat a piece of Very Vanilla card stock.  Before attaching them together, I lined them up on one corner and punched it using the rounded part of the small heart punch from the Itty Bitty Shapes Punch Pack. Doing it this way I made sure the corners matched.  I then lined up the other corners and did the same thing.  After layering them I added the pumpkin and stem to the layer with dimensionals and added the layer to the card with more dimensionals.  Thanks for visiting.  Have a great creative week.
