Good Monday to you. As I've mentioned before, Monday's have always been my least favorite day of the week even now that I've been retired for five years. This is a card we made at a class on Saturday and I used the sketch from the Try Stampin' On Tuesday Challenge #91. You can see, I'm loving that glimmer paper.
This card didn't use any stamps or ink, just a lot of tools. The base is Whisper White card stock. To that I added a piece of Real Red Polka Dot Parade designer paper. Real Red card stock was run through the Big Shot with the Petals-a-Plenty embossing folder, matted with Whisper White card stock and attached to the card. Red Glimmer paper was attached to Whisper White card stock that was matted with Garden Green card stock. Two gold brads were added on one end. Dimensionals were used to adhere this to the card. I punched out two red glimmer flowers using the retired 5-Petal Flower Punch. A 1/2" circle was punched out of Champagne Glimmer paper, layered with the two flowers and attached together with a gold brad. The leaves were punched from Garden Green card stock with the Blossom Petals Builder Punch and added to the back of the flower. A Whisper White scallop circle was attached to a Garden Green circle. The flower was added with dimensionals and this whole layer attached to the card with glue dots. Love all that sparkle. Hope your week is off to a good start. I'll see you soon.
