A Neutral Christmas

Happy weekend to all.  For the Merry Monday Challenge #53 this week my card is done in neutrals.  This was for the Jingle Belles 13:06 Challenge - use only neutrals.  I had to really think about this one for a while.

I went with Whisper White card stock for the base; you can't get more neutral than that.  I then embossed a piece of Basic Gray card stock with the Big Shot and the Honeycomb embossing folder and attached it to the card front.  A piece of Twitterpated designer paper was matted with Basic Black card stock and added to the card.  The image from the Christmas Lodge stamp set was heat embossed on Whisper White card stock with VersaMark and black embossing powder.  I cut out the image as well as a piece of Basic Black card stock with the Big Shot and the Ovals Collection Dies, attached them together and used Dimensionals to adhere them to the card.  I cut out a snowflake from a piece of Silver Glimmer Paper with the Big Shot and the retired Northern Frost Sizzlits die, added a Basic Gray Glimmer Brad in the center of the snowflake and popped it up with a Dimensional.  To give it a bit more of a festive look, I added Silver Sparkle Dazzling Details to the snow on the roofs and the ground.  It's hard to see in the photo but looks pretty in real life.  This is another card for my stash of Christmas cards.  These challenges are a great way to get a jump on the holidays so you're not racing against the clock to finish your cards.  Enjoy your weekend.
