Naughty or Nice?

Happy Friday everyone.  Today is an absolutely perfect weather day here in the mid-Hudson Valley of New York.  Sun is shining, a light breeze is blowing and there is NO humidity.  Loving it.  I have a Christmas card for you today based on the following challenges:  Merry Monday Challenge #73, Hand Stamped Sentiments Challenge #167 and Stampin' Royalty Challenge #192 - patterned paper.  Read on for the details.

To save some explanation time, I'll start by saying I sponged every piece of card stock and designer paper with Crumb Cake ink including the Crumb Cake card base.  To that I added a piece of Season of Style designer paper (it is the only dsp used on the card) that I had stamped with one of the splatter stamps from the Gorgeous Grunge stamp set.  The image from the Santa's List stamp set was stamped on
Whisper White card stock with Crumb Cake ink.  I
cut that and an Old Olive mat using the Big Shot and the Circles Framelits.  The Magnetic Platform works so great when you have to cut out something with an image on it.  I distressed around the edges of both pieces, stamped them with the same splatter stamp as the dsp, added three Cherry Cobbler brads and attached it to the card.  Two of the three pennants at the bottom are from the same designer paper package and are matted with Crumb Cake card stock.  The sentiment from the Santa's List stamp set was stamped on a Whisper White pennant using Crumb Cake ink and also matted with Crumb Cake.  I layered all three, wrapped some Cherry Cobbler Baker's Twine around one end, added a Cherry Cobbler Candy Dot in one of the Brad Bases and used Dimensionals to add it to the card.  The present is from a very old stamp set, Button Bear.  It is stamped on the designer paper with Black Stazon ink and cut out.  I then stamped it again on Whisper White card stock, colored in just the bow with Old Olive ink, cut out the bow and attached it to the designer paper gift.  It is matted with Crumb Cake and Old Olive card stocks and popped up with a Dimensional.  Another Christmas card added to the stash.  Have a great weekend.  Hopefully our weather will hold out and you're enjoying some too.
