Autumn Anniversary

My niece and her husband are celebrating their anniversary in a few days and I had to get a card in the mail fast.  I found two challenges and used them to come up with this card:  Pals Paper Arts #175 Color Challenge and Freshly Made Sketches Challenge #107.

The So Saffron base is a 4-1/4" square.  I stamped the large leaf from the Wonderfall stamp set on Naturals Ivory card stock using the baby wipe technique.  I added drops of So Saffron, Always Artichoke and Cajun Craze ink refills to a folded up baby wipe and used it as an ink pad.  After
stamping the leaf, I ran it through the Big Shot with the Square Lattice Embossing Folder and matted it with a piece of Cajun Craze card stock.  I then stamped two more leaves from the stamp set, cut them out with the Autumn Accents Die and sponged the edges with Always Artichoke and Cajun Craze ink.  I attached them together and tied a piece of Linen Thread around the stems.  The sentiment from the Express Yourself stamp set was stamped using Always Artichoke ink and matted with Cajun Craze card stock, both of which were notched on one end.  Glue Dots were used to attach it to the card.  I then added the leaves with Dimensionals.  Three Always Artichoke Candy Dots were added to the card.  All done and ready to go in the mail today.  Thanks for stopping by.  Have a great week.
