A Color Block Happy Birthday

Good morning.  Today's card is based on inspiration from two challenges:  CAS-ual Fridays Challenge #126 and Colours and Sketches Blog Challenge #58.

I started with a base of Pistachio Pudding card stock.  The color blocks are made up of Crisp Cantaloupe card stock and Sweet Sorbet designer paper.  On the Crisp Cantaloupe I heat embossed the sentiment from the Blooming with Kindness stamp set with Black Embossing Powder.  After attaching the three pieces to the
card front, I heat embossed the flower from the same stamp set with Black Embossing Powder.  I colored a pressed clay flower with the Pistachio Pudding marker and attached it to the card.  For the finishing touches I added a Pearl to the center of the flower and three more above the sentiment.  A very easy card to make.  It seems the only thing I have time for any more is clean and simple.  Enjoy the day; I hope you find some time to be creative.

A great job of colorblocking and stamping the flower on different textures and getting it so even!
