One for Three

Be ready for a pink overload.  The colors came from the Paper Players Challenge #59.  The Pals Paper Arts Challenge #106 was to "Dress for Success"; you could use one piece of designer paper, one stamp and one punch.  The sketch is from the Craft Project Central Card Challenge #2.  I already used this sketch here but it is a month long card challenge and I wanted to see if I could do something different than I had previously done.

I started with a card base of Regal Rose card stock.  Flirtatious designer paper was added to the card front.  I ran a strip of Rose Red card stock through the Big Shot with the Houndstooth embossing folder.  This was added to the card front.  I heat embossed the sentiment from the Word Play stamp set on a piece of Pretty in Pink card stock using Rose Red craft ink and clear embossing powder.  It was matted with a piece of Regal Rose card stock.  I punched out a piece of Rose Red card stock with the Decorative Label punch, cut it in half and attached it to the back of the sentiment layer.  Dimensionals were used to attach this to the card
front.  A pearl was added to the label piece on the top and bottom.  A Rose Red brad was added to a Bitty Button by opening up the prongs and inserting them into the button holes.  I folded them down, snipped off most of the prong and attached the button to the sentiment with a mini glue dot.  This could be a card to tell someone special how you feel or even a sympathy card.  It is definitely a girly girl card.  I hope you have a wonderful day.
