I started with a base of Very Vanilla card stock. A layer of Sahara Sand card stock was embossed with the Big Shot and the Snow Burst embossing folder and attached to the card front. The single pine tree from the Lovely As a Tree stamp set was used to make the evergreen branches. It was stamped on a
strip of Very Vanilla card stock with Garden Green ink. The sentiment from the Sincere Salutations stamp set was heat embossed on the same piece of Very Vanilla card stock with VersaMark and gold embossing powder. I punched two pieces of Brushed Gold card stock with the Dotted Scallop Ribbon punch and attached them to the back of the sentiment piece. The ornament image from the Tags til Christmas stamp set was also heat embossed with VersaMark and gold embossing powder and punched out with the Ornament punch. Linen thread was used to hang the ornament from the branch. I tied it in a bow around a gold brad. The ornament and the sentiment layer were added to the card. To keep the ornament from moving around I attached it to the card with a dimensional. A very clean and simple card for the Christmas challenges. Have some fun creating this week.
