Happy Labor Day weekend. I hope you're taking the time to relax and enjoy the holiday. My Christmas card today is for the Merry Monday Challenge #30.
For the card base I chose Garden Green card stock. I added a piece of Floral District designer paper. A piece of Not Quite Navy card stock was punched with the Scallop Ribbon Border Punch, attached to a strip of Garden Green card stock and added to the card. The image from the First Christmas stamp set was heat embossed on a piece of Whisper White card stock with VersaMark, Not Quite Navy ink and clear embossing powder. The sentiment from the same stamp set was stamped under the image using Garden Green ink. This layer was matted with Baja Breeze and Garden Green card stocks. I popped the image up using dimensionals. Pearls were colored with the Garden Green marker and added to the corner of the picture. The star from the same stamp set was heat embossed on Whisper White card stock using VersaMark and Gold Embossing Powder. I fussy cut it and attached it to the card with dimensionals. I hope you like this clean and simple card. Have a fun weekend.
