My card today is for the Merry Monday Challenge #33. I like this clean and simple sketch so much. I'm sure you can figure out how I did this card but I'll give a quick description.
The base is Naturals White card stock. Another piece of the Naturals White was embossed using the Big Shot and the Petals-a-Plenty embossing folder and attached to the card front. The wreath is made with Gumball Green ribbon. I flagged both ends of pieces of the ribbon and attached them to a circle of card stock. I then added shorter pieces to fill in the wreath. The sentiment from the Pennant Parade stamp set was heat embossed on Naturals White card stock using VersaMark and Silver embossing powder. It was punched out with the 3/4" Circle Punch and matted with a piece of Cherry Cobbler card stock punched out with the 1" Circle Punch. Dimensionals were used to attach it to the center of the wreath. Cherry Cobbler Baker's Twine was used to make a double bow and then attached to the sentiment layer with a glue dot. As I said, a very clean and simple card using a great sketch as inspiration. Enjoy the rest of your weekend. Fall is definitely in full swing here. Hopefully we'll be seeing some pretty foliage soon.
