A Silver Star

Are you looking for an easy card to make multiples of for Christmas?  This card fits the bill.  It's the third card we did for my class last weekend.

The card base is Whisper White card stock.  On another piece of Whisper White, I heat embossed the single stamp, Christmas Star, and the sentiment from the Greetings of the Season stamp set using VersaMark and Silver Embossing Powder.  This was layered on a piece of Brushed Silver card stock and attached to the card front.  Three stars were punched from Silver Glimmer Paper with the star punch from the Merry Minis Punch Pack and added using Glue Dots.  The finishing touch was the Frosted Finishes Embellishment that was added to the center of the star with a Glue Dot.  And that is all there is to it.  Hubby even liked this and it doesn't have one speck of red or green on it.  Thanks for coming by.  Hope you're having a great week.

I've been playing with this star, but so far haven't got one on a card! This is so elegant! I'll be it was a hit at your class!
